Wine and Cocktails Menu

Uri Buri’s wine list has developed in tandem with the Israeli wine industry, and for more than 30 years we have exclusively offered local, Israeli wines. 

 

Our wine list changes from time to time while consistently featuring quality wines from a variety of local makers: the more established wineries as well as the smaller boutique ones.

 

In curating the wine menu, the initial emphasis is on wines that pair well with our dishes and with the restaurant’s approach, at reasonable prices. Additionally, we offer a selection of wines representing the rich variety of the country’s terroir. 

 

Environmental awareness and a "green” approach characterize the wineries on our list, most of which are regional wine makers that both grow the grapes and produce the wine in close proximity to the vineyards. 

 

Our wine list is known for its diversity, featuring numerous Mediterranean varieties to pair with the dishes served in the restaurant. We offer wine by the glass, small bottles (350/500 ml), regular bottles (750 ml) and magnum bottles (1.5 liters).

 

In addition to our current selection, we collect rare vintages which are aged and preserved for decades.
